Since Erika has joined Freedom, she has become such a valuable asset to the team and our temp process! The workload is greater than any time in our history and I am humbled and amazed by the herculean effort she brings to the role every day. She takes on reporting, manages vendors, keeps requisitions moving for our managers, and provides strategic support for Freedom Mortgage. We can call her any time of the day with any request – she handles it all with a smile. Even when the going gets tough, she continues to have the best attitude. Erika is a true gem and continues to impress me. We truly appreciate her!

The Purple Cow award is based on a 2003 book by Seth Godin. It advocates that companies produce remarkable products and target people who are likely to spread word of mouth about the product. USA Today said it “reminds business people of the tried-and-true path to success: Make an excellent product”. CSS’s product is our employees. We award a monthly $200 prize to internal employees based off stories of exceptional customer service from our candidates & clients.
