What is your role with CSSvSource?
I handle mostly all the accounting portions for CSSvSource.
What does your day-to-day look like at work?
Being the manager for payroll and billing along with handling the CSSvSource side of the house keeps me on my toes and very busy every day.
How long have you been at CSSvSource?
23 years on 12.03.24. I have literally grown up with this company. House, marriage & kids, etc.
Describe your biggest achievement so far since starting at CSSvSource?
I am going to say learning how to be a successful manager. When you see that your employees respect you and they want to be successful in the job shows me I am doing something right.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
My team. Right now, I have two of the best working for me. Myself, ML and Stefani truly are the dream team!
What culturally stands out about CSSvSource that breeds success?
I am going to give this accolade to Andrea. Her customer service and loyalty to this company is something anyone can admire. We work really well together and keep each other sane (for the most part)! When you have someone like that on your side you can be nothing but successful. Plus, she is an OG as well.
Favorite TV show?
Friends. I quote it all the time.
A quote you live by everyday?
Life comes in waves, just ride it.
Cats or dogs?
100% dogs. I have a 9 year old Neopolitian Mastiff, Hercules that I treat like my 4th child. My kids say I spoil him more than them.
