What is your role at CSSvSource?
My role as a Senior Program Manager is to streamline operations and maximize efficiency for my clients. I help to manage the entire contingent talent life cycle by coordinating with our vendor partners to provide excellent resources and providing meaningful metrics to report on.
What does your day-to-day look like at work?
My main job is to communicate effectively with my client, vendors, and team to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. Every day looks different in this role, but it always starts with coffee!
How long have you been at CSSvSource?
I have been with vSource for almost 3 years!
Describe your biggest achievement so far since starting at CSSvSource?
Developing my relationships with hiring leaders and vendor partners has furthered the success of the program, which is my greatest accomplishment thus far.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
Excel is one of the greatest tools I have learned – daily organization, reporting, and scorecarding would be impossible without it!
What culturally stands out about CSSvSource that breeds success?
The culture vSource provides is unmatched. We work together as a team, get the job done, and have fun while doing it. I can lean on my team for just about anything (inside and outside of work).
Favorite (TV Show, Song, OR BOOK – choose one)?
The original seasons of Greys Anatomy will forever be my favorite show.
A quote you live by everyday?
I need to steal Hanna’s quote – “Live a life you’d relive.” Ever since she shared it, I have loved it!
Cats or dogs?
I love both but dogs have a special place in my heart.
