Let’s get to the interview with Hanna!
What is your role with CSSvSource?
I’m the Client Services Coordinator. I began back in November and have been here for 4 months now.
What does your day-to-day look like at work?
My day-to-day varies a lot. I assist clients with their contingent labor staffing – partnering with vendor partners and supporting the team for a seamless process! I work very closely with my team, helping them with an array of tasks for our clients.
Describe your biggest achievement so far since starting at CSSvSource.
I feel like I have learned so much and grown my skills within these last four months. I have come a long way from when I first started and feel very confident in my work now. I’m excited to continue grow and learn more.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier?
Definitely my planner/notebook! I write anything and everything down and it’s always so quick and easy for me to refer back to. It has made my life so much easier knowing that whatever I need is written down along with my checklist for the week.
What culturally stands out to you about CSSvSource that breeds success?
There are so many things that stand out. My team has been amazing. They have been the greatest support and truly have taken the time to really teach me everything I need to know. Everyone really cares about each other at work and outside of work. They’re always there for each other and ready to go with anything anyone might need. I look forward to working with them each day and could not ask for a better team.
What’s your favorite TV show right now?
Love is Blind! I am a big reality tv show gal.
What’s a quote that you live by everyday?
A quote I live by every day would be “Live a life you’d relive.” I have loved this quote for so long and feel like it really resonates with me, always trying to live in the moment and live life to its fullest.
Cats or dogs?
Dogs! I’ve had dogs my whole life and can’t wait until I can get one of my own one day.
